Big batt question for everyone...

Guys,

As I said, we're looking at big batts, and are debating a few different options. One thing we are questioning is how important an on and off feature is.

The reason we're questioning it is that we have another feature in mind which I have tested out and found to be both stable, useful, and attractive, but we need a control for it and don't want to load the one manual button up with too many functions, in order to preserve ease of use.

SO, what do you think? How valuable and or essential is an on/off feature to you?

If that feature is some button trick that when you press it in a special way it says "yes master, I love you and you're so beautiful and cool, you're the best thing in the world!" I wouldn't mind not having the on off function..

Still, why not make it auto?

I never use the on/off once I put a battery into service. Are they going to come in auto & manual?

Probably, but as I said, this particular feature needs a control, so it will only be available in manual.

Most big batts are manual and there is a need to turn them on and off. Ever have one fire off in your pocket? It can be very uncomfortable and a waste of juice. That said, I have one 808 auto big batt and find it very nice. I love the eGo Twist batteries and would like to see one in the 808 design!!
