Hey all!

Well, I learned the hard way why you should turn the master switch to OFF when you put your mod in your pocket. I use the 3.7v wetbox with a delrin drip tip. Last week, I was playing a game with my niece. I had my wetbox in my hoodie pocket. I was sitting on the sofa and she was sitting on the floor. I was leaning over playing with her (while holding an 18lb doggie in my lap) and the doggie apparently was sitting right on my switch button of my mod. This had to have gone on for around 20 minutes or more. When we finished the game I pulled out my wetbox and....

YUCK!!!! I took a hit and it tasted like acetone nail polish remover smells. I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I had just put a new carto on the day before, and I had NEVER had a funky taste like this. I took the carto off, and the wetbox smelled normal. Took the drip tip off and omg the carto smelled HORRIBLE. The delrin tip actually warped and partially melted. The carto was shot.

Thankfully, the only casualties were the carto and the drip tip. Put a new carto and new tip on and all was right with the world again. The wetbox was completely unaffected, thank goodness!

I now make sure to flip the master switch to "OFF" everytime I put it in my pocket....
