COV seems to cater to the high-end of the vape market: Jewelery quality mods and an owner who plainly sees this as much more than just his 'business'.
I am not a big customer of his by comparison to some. (Yeah, I've seen you guys with 3 Golden Greeks & a Tekk mod...) But when I had a small problem he treated me like I was his ONLY customer, like a friend. I won't bore you with the details, but I really do wish ALL companies had this level of customer service.
