I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service I recieved from Bruce at COV. I had a couple issues with a purchase I made. The problem was nothing they did wrong but more of a lack of research and knowledge on my part. Bruce offered to do whatever it would take to make me happy. He promptly answered all my emails and even went out of his way and shipped (WITHIN HOURS !!!) what I needed to be a satisfied customer.
