I recently had a compatability issue between my box mod and a newly designed atty that has just been introduced by Clouds of Vapor. Since virtually all atties are engineered and manufactured in China, and due to the huge number of mods and connector variances today, it is virtually impossible to check compatibility for every permutation out there.
Even though this issue was in no way Bruce's fault, he fully refunded my money for the returned, unused atties BASED ON MY PROMISE TO RETURN THEM! In other words, he took care of my needs FULLY. (Please know that this 'refund before the product was returned' is possibly due to my year long purchase history and accumulated trust during that time. It may not be official COV policy for new/all customers.)
Bruce and the COV team have treated me exceptionally well since I found them.
He should be applauded for being on the leading edge of ecig product developement and introduction, for keeping the wheat and eliminating the chaff products based on feedback, and above all for being one of the top tier sellers absolutely devoted to customer service.
