Still digging it Jim? I was thinking about grabbing the 25mm.
Loving it! Works great, no leaks after a bunch of refills, super easy to build and wick and the vapor and flavor are great.

I only have two little subjective cons. There is no indication where the fill hole is but its easy to remember where and I wish the deck came apart like the billow v2 for cleaning.

The fill hole is always going to be where the billow engraving is.

Maybe I got a fluke. Hasn't effected filling or usage in any way and its easy enough to remember where it is.

Yea not really an issue per se, still a great tank. I've had the billow v2 nano (gave it to a friend), that thing also produced "flavor for days".

I have to pull up a little harder than my crius but its smooth and "clicks" fully open and closed. There is a little wobble of the top when fully open but its not a loose on its own type of wobble.

I get the wobble as well. The top fill gets easier to remove once you get some juice onto the rubber gasket.

Right now, I'm trying to decide between the Billow V2 and the Orchid V4. Not being a lung hitter I'm wondering about air flow. I like being able to close it down or open it up like the Lemo 2. I finally chucked the Lemo 2 in the trash after the chimney threads stuck (again) and I bent the deck assembly trying to (gently) get it to break loose. I tried rubber jar opener pads and duct tape before resorting to the pliers.

I hear that the Billow V2 is the winner for flavor. Anyone like the Orchid V4? I want 4ml - 5ml juice capacity like the Kayfun line and I'm not a fan of tanks that tend to leak juice.
Billow v2 Is a super tank, one of the best there is. And air flow is flawless and fine for mouth to lung inhale or direct i swear it's that good. V3 I a big ? For me. Haven't tried it jet. But I will soon I hope

So far the V3 is just as good as the V2, IMO. And I have five v2's I like them that much.

The flavors there so is the build quality. Wish it had a smaller form factor while retaining the juice capacity bc right now I'm staring at overhang on my vs dna 200.

Oh and it's super easy to wick/build and leak free. With airflow fully open there's still some restrictiveness which I like.

I ended up buying the Orchid V4 after watching some YouTube videos, including PBusardo's. The Orchid is a little tough to adjust air flow down to tootle puffing levels. I'm primarily a MTL vapor who frequently avoids too much vapor in the lungs. More than half the time I hold it in my mouth for a few seconds and then inhale shallowly and exhale through the nose.

At 3mg and 6mg nic levels I don't get that much at 10w, anyway. But, the flavor is better to me at low nic levels. I still get the bitter aspect of the vape that lets me know I'm getting some nic.

Right now, I'm looking at clearance sales to pick up some bargains. I ordered two more EHPro KAyfun 3.1's for $15.99 each on sale from Hoosier yesterday. That's a deal on my primary RTA's. Gotta stock up just in case the FDA plays games in the next 90 days.

My Billow V3 arrived yesterday. Put in a 0.5 Ohm build with what I think was just the right amount of cotton.
Flavor was excellent until about 5 minutes of vaping. The tank drained. Not just leaking a bit. Within 15 minutes the juice was on the table.
Cleaned up the mess and re-wicked with a bit more cotton today. Same thing. Juice just runs out like Niagara falls.
WTH is going on here? Last time I had something like that was - jeez 3 years ago? Don't even remember which device id that.
Later tonight, I'll mix some VG+PG (don't want to waste my flavoring), fill it up and try to figure this one out - unless somebody here has a great idea.

Cheers.

I cut the ends of my cotton so they go through the ring and just touch the bottom of the juice channel. I have three V3s and this has always worked perfectly for me.
I know that a lot of people say to cut it so it just enters the ring a little bit and doesn't hang lower than the ring. Any time I have done that I would get the same results that you are having.

Strange. I intentionally did my first wicking on the Billow V3 with the least amount of cotton possible. I can't even see any cotton in the juice flow holes with it open. Been top filling, re-top filling, and have gone through 2/3 of a 30ML bottle with no leaking, not even condensation around the bottom airflow holes.

If it keeps failing when you attempt to rewick it I would suggest taking the tank apart, cleaning it, drying it, then reinstall a new build to see if that helps.

Update:
The leaking starts between the juice control ring and the AFC ring. I had the AFC on half open. I could see the juice building up in the closed up section. The AFC ring also then leaks all the way down onto the mod.
When I turn the juice control ring it starts leaking between both rings on the outside. Once the leaking starts it flows out big time.
I have the feeling that the 1mm O-ring is not sufficient where the chimney meets the base or the unit is out of spec.

Hmm.....scratching my head.....

Cheers.
