Currently have a vamo with vivi nova, it's not bad, but what's the current best mods / setups around that would blow my mind as a nice birthday pressie. Recommendations pls!

You could always get a ProVari. Can't go wrong with those. Or maybe a nice mechanical mod?
Provari isn't really that different to a vamo overall tho right? I know there are numerous discussions in this!
