I just had a scatching brilliant idea! What about a Mud Bath Party!
If you are in a Big City ...there may be facilities already set up for that
Much cheaper to throw one at home ...but whose home ?? Where??
Someplace you can just hose down. Like a back yard.
And Maybe some of those plastic baby pools for the brave!
Sounds like great fun to me!
It could even double as a toga party...Something to wear to warm up when you get out of the mud and get hosed off all nice and clean again

LOL...This is too funny but I am not sure that it would be feasible. I am want to surprise her here at work so mud and e-juice don't really work...hmmmm but it may be fun party for my birthday...lol

I'm with @Marina2 ... an adult pinata is def the way to go ...and I am saying this because I actually made one for a friend ...an Aries ...many years ago .... it was a pinata decorated like a sheep ...with toilet paper tuffs for the fur ...well...ya had to have been there
You should be able to carefully hack into a ready made pinata...remove the candy ...and re-stuff with cool gifts
What you stuff the pinata with is up to you
Something personal or something fun!
But I don't recommend letting Dawn bash at it with a stick blindfolded
Just give it to her
It will most DEF be memorable....
I mean... who here has ever gotten a pinata as an adult??!
Since this was @Marina2 's idea, she gets the win ...
..unless she'd rather have a pinata

I honestly think she would like to bash it with a bat!!! Just to get out some of her stress...this actually sounds pretty fun. I will have to think about using this idea as one of the things I would like to do!!!

Oh yes, jello shots are a given!

Some ideas for pinata: gift cards, lottery tickets, movie/show tickets,
dollar bills (with a 5, 10, 20 bill thrown in), lip gloss/chapstick, small makeup products, key chains, jewelry, ticket for the grand prize (on display somewhere at the party) flour (no... that's mean) glitter, candy, small Victoria's Secret items, hair ties/clips... oh gosh, so many cool things you could get the grown ups on the floor for. I would be careful not to put heavy things in there... it can get wacked pretty hard by adults. Maybe just a pull string and each person gets a blindfolded chance at finding the cord and pulling. The opening would have to be big to let out all the stuff at once, there's a lot of ways to do it.

I had a birthday party once where they made stuff, (balloons, invitations, decorations, etc) out of pictures of me at parties through the years. (it started with my first birthday!) I'm pretty sure it was my 30th and it was cool seeing all the changes over the years. It may be too late to get printing done now though.

Lottery tickets...hmmmmm...Vegas doesn't do lottery tickets because of the gambling but the other stuff sounds great!!!

Puppy. Definitely give her a puppy. Or reunite her with a long lost loved one. That'll knock her socks off.

Get a bunch of different party hats and masks!
Let each guest pick out their own when they arrive . And if no 2 are alike it will be easier to tell who's who ...or not!!
...you'll find a more interesting variety in the new years, cinco de mayo, mardi gras and costume party section than the generic paper cone type for Birthdays!
Love those plastic derby hats!
And you can really jazz up a plain plastic hat with a deck or 2 of cards and some feathers!! (see pic below)

It would knock my socks off if I got to work and it was all dark... then, all of a sudden the lights come on, swirling colored lights and a disco ball shooting sparkles through out the room and a dj begins to spin a really cool version of Happy Birthday. A mini dance party!

You could have a small group come in disguised as some sort of inspectors (just to worry and scare her a bit) then they turn out to be male strippers.
