Bitterness

Is there a way to counteract bitterness in a flavor? I made peach again, this time with some tobacco and some red tea (trying to use up the red tea since I really didn't like it). The result is fine, but has a little bitterness at the end. Suggestions?

OK, I tried in a 3ml bottle, 2.5ml of the bitter peach, one drop of Lorann's almond. Seems to have really cut the bitterness without adding much almond flavor. Probably a little less almond will fix it.

Still would like to hear ideas. Basically, how have you fixed mistakes like this and still kept the flavor you want. Not just bitterness, but any end result that was not quite exactly... you know. And how did you fix it?
