Black Button...not a fan

I have to agree as I have just received a regular chrome manual battery today. This battery has the black button and is FAR from a 13 second cutoff. It is more like 5-8 sec and then 8 blinks and it will not activate for 10 seconds.

I just got a new pink XL manual a couple days ago with the black button.......has a 10 second cutoff, blinks 8 times and then requires waiting about another 10 seconds before it will re-fire (15 to 20 seconds after it automatically cuts off before I can re-fire it). If I let up on the button before the 10 second cutoff, it will re-fire immediately.....doesn't perform anything like the other six gold button manual XLs I have.

Kev, thanks but I've tried everything. Hit button in the middle only, the top only, the bottom only, and 9 out of 10 times the top half of the button sticks in the down position and I can't slide the button at all.

Hey man its good to be back! I see a lot of stuff has changed for the better, so I will be back for a while. Dude I love your name! but yeah I would contact customer support, they will hook you up. They never F&*! anyone over, maybe you can request a batt with a gold button if you send the black button back?

My support ticket was already in progress and I received 2 gold-button batteries this afternoon. They both work just fine and I am SMILIN from ear to ear.

Oh I am sorry Dudette, I was not aware lol. But that is good that they are able to work it out with you, they are usually good with that kind of thing. I F*&ed up an order so bad one day, I called and spoke to Mark, he straightened it all up with me, was on the phone for like 30 minutes figuring what I did lol.
