I spoke too soon; my order didn't seem to take the beatclock2 discount, can't get a new ticket in or contact online support.

Not to beat a dead horse , since both Chad and Mark have said they will honor the 40% that many of us had problems getting, in order to make things easier, should I submit a ticket with the order #, or just let V4L do their thing however they think is best. Just looking for a way to expedite the credit to my account - the V4L sales Friday and Monday have depleted my funds
