Some things I should explain I guess:

They all have tart & sour because in smaller quantities (eg. the chocolate bananas recipe), it acts as a flavor enhancer. The chocolate bananas recipe isn't particularly sour, the tart is there to give you a chocolate explosion. In the others, a sour taste is desired, hence the larger quantities of the sour additive.

As for the wintergreen in the mango pineapple recipe... I was quite adventurous that day and while its not particularly noticeable, it gives a slight minty taste (ever so slight) that makes vaping it a little cooler than normal.
