Got it!! Had to chase the rural mail dude, caught him and got it signed for. Usually the mail lady(my cousin) is on on Friday out here in the rurals but she was off today.

Got home, ripped open the box znd read Rob's instructions(for once in my life I actually read directions). Assembled and put on my old Boge atty, squonked a coupla times and it was just simply Great!

Switched to the RM2 I got earlier this week and it was super better.

I really admire the simple but cleverly worked out design of the Grand, I admire such, I'm an old engineer. Built like a battleship. Like the heft to it.

One question. There's a small bag of what I guess might be antioxidizer paste or ??? in package. What is it and where does it go? Thanks.

I'm gonna have to get another RM2 and later another Grand, all in good time.

Luv em both!

That's Noalox, there is some already on the tip of the firing pin when you received your REO. If/when you wash the REO, or if you feel like it isn't performing as it should, put a very small dab back on that firing pin to keep it running like new. Congratulations!

Thanks LK.

Gee, I graduated from Southwest HS in KC in '58. In '57 my scout troop went out and helped in Lees Summit and Ruskin Heights after the wild tornado that went through there. Wow that was somethin.

Thanks

Small world! My dad was from here, and except for a short time in Omaha, then Pasadena Texas, I've always been here in this area. It has changed a lot since then. Now you are in New Mexico, would love to go there someday, my son lives in Phoenix, planning on joining him there when I can. Enjoy the REO!
Thanks LK.
