Ok first off I'm not blaming e cigs for anything here. I've been vaping like crazy for over a year, and never had any negative affects. The reason I'm posting is to see if anyone has noticed any change in how often they have to pee. Obviously most people will want to drink more water while vaping, which means more having to pee.

I have always drank .... loads of water, so I haven't really increased my intake at all. I'm a 29 y/o male in excellent shape, so I wouldn't expect to have kidney, bladder, or prostate problems. I've been taking Cipro (strong antibiotic) for a month, as well as an anti-inflammatory, but have seen no change. In all likelihood its something small and simple, but since my follow up appointment with the doc isn't till Friday, I thought I would check with everyone here to see if anyone else has experienced this.

I haven't overlooked the obvious stuff. I stop drinking water hours before bed, and so on and so forth. Anyone else?

From the section I bolded in the above quote, I infer (forgive me if I am wrong) that you may be having some problems with nocturia. There are many different medical conditions that can contribute to it, sleep disorders, diabetes, heart conditions, urinary tract infections. I'm not a doctor so I wouldn't want to venture a guess about why this is affecting you.

But to answer your question, no, I haven't noticed any urinary symptoms since I started vaping 2 years ago. Hopefully your doctor will have some answers for you.

Best wishes.

I'm on like day 6 and ...... like I have the bladder of a little girl. However, I am consuming massive amounts of water. I am normally a person who follows the doctor and drinks lots of water but I have almost trippled consumption to keep away the uncomfortable dry throat and mouth feeling. Also to protect the kidneys as advised by a doctor who vapes (and who gave me the ego-ts I am now using to quit smoking).
