Blank Carts

Ive been watching videos about refilling and modding carts (thanks moobyghost!) and Ive noticed they seem to have "wool" in them (Im not sure if it is real wool) and normally in the video they have caps as well.

Well my question is do empty carts normally come with "wool" and caps? I looked on ModerVapor (we ordered Sidesho Kits) and it doesn't say. I also searched for forum a bit and didn't find it either. Thanks again! Yall have been great!

carts are filled with polyester/ you can get it at walmart in huge bag for 5 bucks.
it is used for or called batting. also any fabric store will sell it.

it is not wool but ployester and Yes,, carts should come with it already filled but you need to get some to use to repack should you wish..

When you get the poly fill/ fluva/ batting material--whatever you want to call it...make sure it contains on chemicals such as fire ......ant.

You want the pure material.

I use pyramid tea bag material so I don't have to worry about it.

I have seen some places selling "blank" cartridges. Basically carts with no filler. Can't remember where now, though. I've been to way too many sites lately.
