I think you'd like them... Once i started using carts they're just hard for me to get away from.
So if I order the flavored Cartomizer..........can I refill them? With something different?
different is a hard thing to do. If you got kamel and you wanted to refill them with Menthol that'd probably be OK but, if you got cashcap and wanted to refill them with Pina Colada or Watermelon that'd be a problem. They retain the flavor when their ready for a refill.
Now if you got got Blueberry and wanted to refill them with Ice Cream that could start a new flavor sensation.

They are for me. I've used regular atomizers with the refillable cartridges, dripped and sometimes even sipped. Used regular 510's and 901's gave the 801's a shot long ago and then I found Cartomizers / Atomz.
I can fill a few carts and go all day @ 3.7v on a single cart. At 5v I have to refill or top off the cart every few hours with 10 or so drops to keep them wet.
I get 30+ drops in an empty and roughly 10 - 20 in a refill.
I take a couple of batts and a few carts with me and I'm good for a 2 day road trip easily. I also carry a 3ml bottle of whatever flavor is in the carts for quick refills.
For traveling and sitting in an office they work for me.
If you're a dripper, you enjoy it and your lifestyle allows that then maybe they aren't for you. But I'm really impressed with the fact that I'm not having to constantly drip, super low maintenance, and the performance I get from the Atomz/cartomizers.
vaping is such a personal thing and it depends on what your use to and how you like to do it. There's a learning curve with the Atomz so you don't burn them, keep them wet, etc like any other form of vaping.

i'd have to say i'm totally addicted to cartos now... even though i need to figure out a better routine with them (they're ALL OVER THE FREAKING HOUSE LOL)
on the V2 they flat out just rock. @ 3.7v (protege/gg slim) i was impressed at the time, but can't even go back to that after the v2... i think the v2 + cartos is a MUST TRY for everyone.
the big thing i've been PMing steve about all the time is color options - and coolness factor of the cartomizers...
i think a cartomizer with a clear sticker and the multi-colored logos would be awesomely sick to match the V2. i like metal, and having a beautiful piece of stainless steel under a black sticker just doesn't make sense to me ... yeah yeah i know i can buy the stickerless empties from healthcabin but i just can't stand waiting for stuff from overseas - DRIVES ME INSANE.
with my v2 i carry about 3 carts through the day... most of the time i only use 2 carts and i'm using 16mg juice in them... which even still keeps me up before bed sometimes... i'm thinking about stepping down to a 12mg juice (my ultimate goal is 0mg juice --- how cheap would THAT be)

I only cycle two or three at a time and got away from the "All over the freaking house" thing but, I know exactly what you mean
