I don't have any pics, but SnowDragon has some awesom vids! Here are a couple I could locate:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/vapor4life/167262-video-demonstration-cartomizer-tips-tricks-fixes-check-out-cut-away-burnt-cartomizer.html

I hope that worked. That second one is being wonky.

I prefer the Wow carts. They just seem to work better for me. Better vape, longer lasting. Someone will probably be along tomorrow to give you all the technical details. Most of the family is asleep this time of night. I believe the Wow are low resistance and the Cool are high resistance. The CoolCarts give a cooler vape. I hope that's the way it works. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
As for easier to use? I think they are about the same level on ease of use.
Good luck getting the answers you are looking for! And welcome to the V4L subforum :)

The Cool cartos are apparently better if you chain vape, as they hold slightly more and burn a little cooler. The WOW cartos produce a little more vapor but need to be refilled more often. They both work great to me, and I just order by what color I want that's in stock.

They look the same on the outside except for the printing on the label.

I prefer Wow cartos on the batteries, and Cool cartos on the pass-through, but I hardly use the pass-through. The filler material in the Wow cartos seem more porous than the tightly wound filler in the Cool cartos. If I knew I would be driving for hours, I'd hook-up a pass-through and would actually prefer the Cool cartos at the higher voltage.
