I am working on it wanna help ???? I redesigned it from the top down , I went to a single battery design that still has the charger and juice feed in it , also the enclosure is custom designed and is a molded part ,

I had to make the juice compartment easy to get into on a daily basis ( that took some time ) , also the electronics are NOT off the shelf , I am using the most advanced components available on the market ( they require a completely different R&D process , I cannot solder these things ! they have to be done by machine even for the proto.

SO I have the enclosure prototyped ( 1 more STL version and it should be final ) then I can have the molds made , the electronics are taking longer as well BUT , once this process is done I will be able to MASS produce it ( 10,000 units + ) this will keep the cost down so it will be accessible to as many people as possible .

We are not screwing around on this one , BUT it takes TIME !! lots of it .

Ya I dont have real parts yet , I am still in the final design and proto stage ! ( I do appreciate the offer LOL ! )
there is no real way to speed it up , each PCB iteration takes 7-10 days and the mechanical parts take 2-3 weeks for each proto.
I work by myself so I do not have a design checker or drawing checker so it is much harder .

Can you check PCB design or mechanical ????

I can read a schematic and troubleshoot electronic equipment.

Thanks for the Offer Bovina ! but I have a keg in the garage !! I do like the idea !!

You should talk to KW Charlie , my problem is mainly basic design ( making sure I do not forget something like 1` ground pin on my last PCB !!! DUHHH , or fit of components inside a design ( I have to make them up so If I get 1 thing wrong it is all wrong.

I do appreciated the offer !!!!! If I have a need in the future I will let you know .

I understand. When I was in the Air Force I use to install equipment half way around the world from where I was stationed. When the engineer made a mistake on a drawing it was a PITA. Most of the time we had to reengineer the entire project and hope we could source the parts at our location.
