How much have you used the batteries? They can only be recharged a few hundred times before they start losing their ability to hold a charge. If you've been recharging them a few times a day they may be at the end of their life. It may be time to think about upgrading. There's a lot of better units out there that are less expensive than the Blu. You might consider an eGo or Riva. They have bigger batteries that will allow you to use low resistance atomizers which produce more vapor.

What part of Ohio are you from? I'm in the Akron area.

Blu batteries are weenie. They ate just too teeny to power anything for very long. I keep mine in my car as an emergency back-up.
However- don't despair. The atties and cartos are fabulous and can be used on bigger batts (if you are ready to move up). The blu atty is similar to the 306. It will fit with anything that has a 510 fitting (ie: 510, ego, volcano, etc). You can easily purchase some parts that will fit what you have now, and save your little batts for back-ups.

*just one word of caution... Do NOT mix up your chargers. I suggest labelling them. The polarities are reversed, so you will fry your batts if you mix them up.

You aren't too far from Indy Vapor Shop. If you ever get over to Indy you might want to check them out. It would probably be quick shipping if you order from them too. The eGo will perform much better than the Blu. The Blu atomizers and cartomizers will fit on the 510 threading of the eGo from what I understand. The battery polarity is reversed though so you don't want to charge with the wrong charger or you'll kill the battery.

If you want to support Ohio business look into buying juice from Vapor Bomb in Barberton and Altsmoke in New Philadelphia. Both of them have storefronts too so if you're ever going to be in the area think about stopping in.

edit: I see leannebug gave the same info, I should've read farther down before posting
