Blu carto's refilling?

Is is top off a Blu carto the most efficent way to refill them?

You can also drip into the mouth end after removing the mouthpeice and slower let it absorb the juice about 15 drops will do it maybe a little less if it is not completely dry. Then let the carto sit for a while. Be sure to blow lightly on carto to clean out the center hole of the carto so you do not flood the battery. if you drip in the carto carefully you will not have to do this. I hope this makes sense the kids are driving me nuts.
