Ordered 8/5/09, shipped 8/7/09.

Lucky you. You will be able to be disappointed more quickly without all the waiting.

Note: you may be one of the exceptions that actually doesn't mind the performance of the Blu. Hopefully you are a very, very, very light smoker. It might be fine for you then.

I don't smoke at all, and if it weren't for bad luck ...., well you know the tune.

More VAPE Please.

In your bushes, watching you undress
Don't worry. Plenty of user here who have had good experiences with them, and talked about good vapor production, and plenty of youtube vids of people exhaling a nice cloud of thick vapor as well.

While that may not be the NORM for Blu, it IS a possibility. Cross your fingers...

Will it be a 901 or 510? No, but then again... it's not intended to be, it's a much smaller unit.

Yeah, you won't really be vaping with the Blu, considering it's performance (the you tube video's are all Blu employees/affiliates) but you will look good while you aren't vaping.

OK, Im curious.. WV, Do you actually own a Blu?

A buddy of mine does, so I have used it. It is sitting in his junk drawer now lost amonst all the other stuff that doesn't work. If you have any understanding of science or electricity it is not hard to see why the Blu is such a poor performer.

I have requested a unit for review due to the number of e-mails i am getting about them. If they send it, my review will be fair and unbiased. Let's see if it either as good as their plugs say, or as bad as the people on here say.

i am not associated with any ecig supplier. I ordered 2 full sets from blu on june 3, received on july 10. With the kits, I received a total of 4 batteries, 4 atomizers, 2 pcc and 2 usb chargers.
Today I have 1 working battery, 1 working atomizer, one working pcc, and 1 usb charger. And that battery lets me get about 10 puffs before it dies.
Blu kit $60
510 kit with 2 bottles of juice, $70
Life lesson learned, priceless

I too got caught up with Blu's advertising. It was the first I'd heard of e-cigs (props to their Marketing people). I waited and waited. At first things were nice - first couple of days that is. Then I found this forum. Then an atty blew out on me and a battery went screwy, got them replaced after waiting a few weeks and sending a nasty gram to the president. In the meantime I ordered a 510 based on recommendations from the people here on the forum. Couldn't be happier with it. Now I'm getting my third battery hopefully replaced this week. I can't really compalin about their online support, they have taken care of me, nor the company themselves. They are just the middlemen. The manufacturer though is another thing. My advice is - Homework/Research first, then order second. You'll be a lot happier. See my thread - "Do Yourself A Favor". :D

Instead of requesting them to send one to you I think for a totally non-biased review you should order one and play the waiting game. They will tell you it was shipped then say sorry it wasn't, you'll ask for a refund and the will tell you nope, sorry, its in the shipping dept so its too late to refund. Then when you finally receive it you will be able to include the shipping and customer service part in the review. Just an idea. By the way, last nights review was sweet as hell, too bad the tall ones were gone so quick.:D

I ordered my second kit from Blu on 8/5 and it says it was shipped on 8/7. Hopefully they didn't just indicate "shipped" so they could charge my credit card.

The first kit I ordered took 3 weeks to ship back in May. I soon sold it to a friend who offered me more than what I paid for it. I still think its nuts that they still have been having issue fulfilling orders after 3 months. However, I like the unit for its portability and am looking forward to receiving another one. I currently have a DSE901 and have a 510 on the way from from Parked for home use.
