Blu noob looking for recommendations

Wow nice. That's pretty much what I did, cut out the middle mods and just go for the best one. I just got my Provari a couple of days ago after using cig type ones. I also bought 2 Vivi Novas. I like the MV, I just had an issue with getting juice in my mouth, but I seem to have fixed that. I also bought a tank for it so I could test that out, and I like that too. I bought a Sandblasted Tank - Phiniac Rugged Pyrex Glass Tanks . There are cheaper tanks out there but I read good things about these. If you get a tank you will also need some cartos to go inside it, and their site doesn't sell any. Also if you go that route you would need to either buy the cartos prepunched, or do it yourself. Some people use a saddle valve I just bought Phiniac Tank Kit - Phiniac Rugged Pyrex Glass Tanks to deal with the punching...and the tool tip helps get the cartos in and out. Also I bought a atomizer to try dripping, but so far I don't like it much.

In terms of juice I try to get 70/30 or 60/40 juice from the different place I keep trying. Btw I just threw the tank on there for an FYI, you'll be fine with just the Vivi Novas. Oh and I had to buy one of those flat tackle box that you store tools, or tackle in because I just have too much small stuff now

Looks like a complete kit to me, just add the e-liquid. Johnson Creek provided the juice for Blu cigs, but they don't sell the "Classic Tobacco" flavor, since that's licensed? to Blu. I personally enjoy Wisconsin Frost and Silverthorn from them, 100% VG.

an ego or a kgo will make a great replacement.... and no, none of these will blow up on your face unless if you tamper with the battery or get a tube mod with no vent holes

Mah is the usage time on a batt 100mah=about 1 hour of usage.

Thank you. I have been looking for an estimate of how long a battery will last between charges.

sweet ! i think your charger will be for 2 batts at a time, you might want to add 3rd batt. i wish i had done so.

Johnson Creek Red Oak fan here too.
Their Red Oak line is all 100% vg USA made.
I like Tennessee Cured, Domestic, & French Vanilla. Just got my 1st bottle of Silverthorn today. Can't wait to try it out.

i had bought a blu kit back before the premium came out. for my next major buy i also wanted something with a bit more muscle. i went with the Volt X2 battery and CE3 cartomizers. it's got the right vapor volume and running time i need.

Everyone who has one seems to really like their Provari. However, is not a pocketable size. If you plan to take it with you when out and about you will need a holster or something similar. There are ideas in this thread. Also, get an extra charger and make sure you have a backup battery.

You might want to get a couple of atomizers, drip tips and a drip shield to sample juices. I have Joye and Boge 510s. They both work fine.

Virgin Vapors, Heather's Heavenly Vapes, Alien Visions and EC Blends are juice sellers which have at least some all VG juices. These are all popular juice sellers here at ECF and ones from which I've purchased. You can find other ECF faves to check for all VG juices in popular juice sellers list, post #1275 in the Top 5 vendors (e-liquid) thread.

Today my Provari and Vivi Nova 2.5 tanks arrived in the mail!! I'm so excited but I got no juice yet!! I have orders from Heathers Heavenly Vapes, Alien Visions, EC Blends, Alice in Vapeland, Johnsons Creek, and HighBrow Vapor arriving soon. I planned on steeping (aging) most of them for atleast a week or two, got the idea from this forum.

In the meantime, all I have are Blu premium100 half used cartos laying around. Since they are 510 can I use blu + provari? Like, can I use blu carts with my provari? Or would that damage my provari? I wanna do something with my provari besides stare at it!

510? guess your out for the night? good morning. yes , burn them up! put it on your new fancy stick , now quickly press the button like a billion times ,or 13, till it says "ao" then wait, the # that comes up is your atty. resistance. now go back to post #21 doogmar(what a friend!) near the bottom is a link to a chart-use that to set your power. quickly press button 5 times-it says "pu" then a # will come up to show the volts/power, while that # is on the screen push the boutton to change it to what you want ,from the chart, now wait for the # to go off!!!! (if not you will still be changing the numbers) now hit the button and vape it! thats a lot of button stuff,you will soon be a wizz at button pushing.

gavin, thanks! I just wish I had known not to screw on the vivi nova too tight, I may have pushed down the brass center pin on my provari but not sure. I contacted provape and they said theyll take a look at it just to be safe. I could try prying it up but afraid to mess the threads up so Ill probably mail it back and let the pros take a look.

I also got my first ejuice from alien visions today, and more to come from the sites pera suggested!

Grats on the purchase Great device. Btw I didn't know you could push the pin down by tightening them too tight. I did it once to my Phiniac tank, but then it wouldnt draw so I loosened it up. Good info, I'll make sure I don't do that

interesting read... I have been much the same... last ciggie was June 15, 2012... Tried doing the little 510 clones with lil batteries... Had 2 different brands in qty 2 each... alternated days, or did one of each per day to vary flavor... Frustrated as I could drain two batteries in 10 hours or so... I got one of the 18650 Ego-T clones and a clearomizer last saturday,,, and been loving it ever since. I am currently going into day 4 on the same battery, just topping off the clearomizer each day. I should have done this months ago! LOL
