Blu question

Well, this is a dumb question but I must ask. I received my Blu just a day ago. It seems to be working fine. I noticed on the box it came in it said, "no nicotine in this box." But I did not order non-nicotine. The sample kit had several flavors. They have small stickers on each saying, med, high, low. So does that sticker indicate the strength or did I get non-nicotine? I feel like such an idiot for asking this, but I cannot find my answer anywhere else.

Yeah, thanks. That was the first thing I checked, then I tried to get help from Blu customer service but cannot reach anyone. Just though perhaps someone else who buys these might know.

The "High, Med & Low" indicate the nicotine level. It may of been a generic box or it could be that when the product is packed, the box itself doesn't and then they add the carts which DO have nicotine. I know that typically if they don't have any, you'd see "0".

ps - In this post, you see exactly how to refill it. So you can order juice from anyone and with any nic level, then refill yourself and save. Plus the blu is notorious for backorders.

Thanks so much. That does help. I thought maybe I messed up when I saw that written on the box. It was just the box that holds everything in the starter pack that said "no nicotine."

Well, now I can try them all and decide how much nicotine I really need. Thanks again, and for the link!

Yep, you mean the tiny gray letters on the front "flap" of the lid? It's there on mine also. Guess it must be a CYA lawyer/ customs proofing thing that they put on every kit box, as mine came with cartridges that definitely had nicotine.

Question, though. Do each of your cartridge "packs" have a different strength on them, or are they all the same strength? I thought ordering different strengths within each 25-pack was not possible...

Yeah, exactly on the flap of that lid. I ordered just "light" but all the boxes are different; light, med, high. No ultra light or "no" marks on any. They sent vanilla, haven't tried it yet, Java Java (ok), tobacco (ugh so strong!), Cherry (so far like this one a lot), and menthol (I will not even try that one). It was the starter pack all in one deal. Still trying to get used to grabbing it instead of a regular cig though. It does all work well so far.

Whatever the sticker on each individual 5-cart box says the strength is, that's what it is. Looks like they just screwed up and sent you a bunch of mixed strengths.

Mine said the same thing. I think they are referring to free nicotine, i.e. tobacco itself. You should at least try the menthol. It's pretty good. The CT, yeah, that really sucked. I really liked the CC as well. The Java and Vanilla, just not for me.

JJ and CC were my favorite Blu flavors, now replaced by Volcano's KK. Blu's CT tastes like hookah tobacco and has a nasty aftertaste.

that's wierd I ordered lights and they were all lights...I wonder why you got different strengths in your starter pack...

Yeah, I think it's just a screwup. I ordered light and got all lights.

I love the classic tobacco. I just ordered two more cartons. When they will get here is a different story. The java is really good too, and the chery and vanilla are vapable. If anyone wants to trade some CTs for MM, let me know.

And yeah, I think the "does not contain nicotine" is a CYA thing.

The CT was the first one I tried. I guess coming off of analogs then straight to the CT, it just wasn't even close. But then again, I've tried 4 different "menthols," and none have yet tasted like the menthol I smoked. Will have to admit, I'm still cheating....about 3 analogs per day. But hey, that's coming off of a pack a day, so I can see this stuff working full time eventually. I'm also still learning on how this whole ecig thing and the blu work as well.
