Good news for Blu/Volcano/L88b owners, Volcano's got a passthrough specifically designed for that model available now for 13 bucks on their site.
I haven't gotten mine in yet so I don't know how well it works, but others have stated that theirs are great. Their is at least one review on youtube that I know of. Looked good to me. No visible in-line battery case so it may be in the cig body itself or it may not have one at all.
