A couple of mine have tiny cracks. Most don't. When I empty the ones with a crack, I toss it.
It doesn't really bother me because I don't use TV's bottles for refilling my cartos. I really like the needle-nose dripper but even the 1 ounce ones are too big for me to have good control while I'm dripping (and I tend to flood stuff so I don't need to add a reason to do so.) The one ounce bottles don't fit in the glucometer case I carry. And if I bring use the one ounce bottles for refilling, they tend to take over the living room. So I transfer liquid into 15ml bottles and use them for refilling.
Yeah, I understand exactly what you're talking about. I normally don't use them to drip either but I've just recently run out of all of my good 15ml bottles. I looove the little 15ml bottle Geoff includes in "doubler" orders. Now THOSE bottles are the perfect size and shape to not get messy and they drip perfectly... Once you squeeze the amount needed out, the bottle sucks the excess on the tip right back in. I think the hole on the 1oz bottles are too big, therefore making the
juice drip out too fast. The re-intake of air after squeezing out a drop is too much. More air in the bottle while dripping = more pressure for the bottle to drip on it's own. Hell, you can just turn those 1oz bottles right upside down and get a good 10 drops out without squeezing and THAT gets messy as hell. Hooray for those 15ml bottles though! I don't use anything else to drip with on the go.
