For some reason I can not get my phone to transfer the pics so a long explanation instead. I had a full sheet of complaints written down on Friday for H.K. alone, including a woman with colorful words about making her own bed when paying the hotel.... she stays twice a month every month for the last eight years.....
So after tearing into me, wanted to tear into a manager which we do not have. So she tore into the corporate manager after breakfast and then she tore into HK. But all is not well. A full page and that is while she was here, guess how they act while she is gone? The best HK we had who w'd quit and said. "they do nothing to those who don't work and just pile more on those who do, i'm gone." yup what I have been saying.
The breakfast lady whom I like is leaving as well, and I told Dee the FD none manager I would be looking elsewhere as well. She understood yesterday as she said her chest is hurting from the stress. And I realized the anxiety and stress I am feeling is dreading going in. "How bad is it tonight?"
So a lady comes in later than checkout and is given her keys goes to her room and finds it is dirty, no shock there. So she is given another room. The HK goes to the FD employee "Why did you put her in a dirty room?" FD answer "You marked it in the system as clean so I assumed you did you job." I wrote that down and pic. with additional so now HK is telling the FD and guests it is our fault the rooms are dirty, what logic.
New millennial on the FD, corporate manager said do not fret she is not green and has experience. I saw the note when she was looking to apply, applying for management. She stated that all she has done is manage hotels. One problem she has only worked one and not manager, nor anywhere else, guess that is the way with the youth say it is, and it must be so.
Just as I was leaving the breakfast lady said to me out loud what she said before. "you should be the manager." Well they would have to offer it first, they did to Dee

Whom the last GM was to fire on the spot showing up and almost did before he left. Anyway she responded "you would be a mean manager." I smiled for the new millennial and said "Yes I would." Not afraid to fire others for their wrong deeds.
