^ I thought the same thing. The issue is that the cap is designed to hold the little chimney tube, and separate it from the juice. The bottom of the drip tip would have to be designed just right.
I got mine in 2 days ago, and they perform very well, I get more vapor with them that any other KR808 cartomizer, BMF included.
The issue is the top can come off too easy, so no putting it in your pocket by any means.
They will be used while sitting at my desk, not for out and about use.
So far I have not had any leaks.
UPDATE: I left a half full vortex in my desk sitting upright (with threads on the bottom) and this morning there was a pool of juice on the desk. It had drained out overnight. So yeah it definitely does leak. Be careful.
