Bobas Bounty and 555 from avejuice

So i just got my Bobas Bounty and 555 from ave juice in the mail, it came protected in a bubble wrap envelope and written on the back was " You Rock!" which made me laugh in a good way. ave juice seems to really value their customers and its a nice refreshing change for once. Everywhere i go i keep seeing Bobas Bounty pop up as the top juice that everyone seems to be using so i decided to finally order some instead of my usual T-56 from halo. upon opening the bottle of bobas bounty and sniffing it had this very pungent floral smell along with black pepper, at this point i was starting to get a bit worried but i decided to drip some in my atty anyways and give it a shot...it tastes exactly like it smells, i feel like i might as well be dousing a rose in some pepper and just munching on it o and as for the 555 it tastes almost exactly the same just a little lite(think bobas bounty lite). i am not really sure what the hype with bobas bounty is, i really want to give this juice a shot so im going to let it sit with the drip top off of it for a week or so, it could also be that i have been a primarily PG vaper so switching over to 100% VG could take some getting used to..

ok im thinking i need to just order more juice from halo..this juice is literally triggering my gag reflexes


i guess during my ranting i kinda forgot to put the point of this post, is there soemthing im not doing? something i should be doing?? i mean if tons and tons of people like this there has to be something more to it

I just got 100 ml of Boba's in 18 mg. I think it could use some time to settle. It's not quite what I remember the 24 mg tasting like. However, it isn't making me gag. It's just a little on the bland side.

mine is very strange, it has a perfumey yet spoiled smell to it, and when i vape it its extremely ummm "floral" i guess you could say and it kinda has a spoiled taste to it as well,i dont think its a bad batch as both my 555 and bobas taste the same..would you describe you're liquid as smelling the same?? ....is there perique black in bobas??

What you're describing sort of matches up with AV's chai, but the chai doesn't taste like 555. The only similarity to me is that they're both dry. As you mentioned, the 555 is sort of a Boba's lite. What color is it? My Boba's smells right to me, kind of rich, deep, and dark. Definitely not floral, definitely not spoiled. I've read that AV's juices don't need to steep. However, I don't know how true that is, as I would instantly recognize the Boba's I had been vaping before because it had imprinted a distinct scent-memory associated with playing a certain PC game.

My boba's is definitely a Burgundy color and the 555 i think is almost clear

i tried Boba's Bounty for same reason... lots like it... i got a sampler size, along with Gorilla Juice and Strawberry Cooler...
I am not a tobacco vaper, but wasn't sure this was a tobacco flavor.. still not sure... i don't really like it... it has an "oaty" flavor or something... not perfumy or medicinal like some i dont like... very different...

The Gorilla juice is good imo...smells like fruit (banana) ... i like sweet juices... with a Boba's undertone unfortunately, but the fruit is dominant and helps round out the oaty flavor...

The Strawb cooler is good fruit flavor ... with good TH.... not bad.

All i vape is tobacco so when i heard about this i got REALLY excited, saw some guy give a review about how bobas is the only tobacco juice he has tried that does not have the flowery or "oaty" taste that most other tobaccos have and how it had this great smokey taste but not like liquid smoke, so far this is everything he said it wasnt. im really bummed because avejuice is a great company with amazingly friendly people and their prices are INSANE, i REALLY wanted to like these juices but im scared now to order from avejuice. i have 3 samplers on the way from provape(i like them alot because what they list their flavors as is exactly what they taste like, atleast to me and from what i have tried) im going to use these and let the bobas sit with the tip off the bottle for a month and see what happens

i am still on the fence on gorilla juice and boba's bounty-i ordered them a few weeks ago after reading about them so many times. not sure what to think. the only way i have, so far,enjoyed vaping them is to top them off with cinnamon fireball. i have tried both juices on the eGo Tank system, dripomizer cartomizer, fluxomizer, and mega eGo cylindrical type b carts/attys.

ok so two things i wanted to point out and the first one is that i FINALLY was able to pin point exactly what 555 and bobas tasted like when i first got it and still does(although its mellowing out). when i first got the liquid and dripped it into my atty, BOTH of them tasted EXACTLY like the incense called Nag-Champa(it doesn't taste like how Nag-Champa smells when its burning but more rather if you were to open up the box and smell all the sticks inside), if you dont know what that is or how it smells id suggest you go out and find some to smell before you buy either the boba/555 as you may be vapeing incense depending on how you're taste buds are. Second thing i wanted to touch base on is the topic of weather ave juices need to be steeped or not(in specific the 100% VG like bobas and 555) and to answer the question yes, depending on what you like. I have been letting the Bobas/555 sit out for 2 days now and after just 2 days i can tell its already starting to mellow out and everything's mixing together. when i first got this i didn't like it at all but i think that if i just let this sit for a week or two i may actually begin to like it, after letting it sit for 2 days its not smelling so much like incense anymore but more like a turkish tobacco. so if you like VERY strong and VERY robust flavors then just vape bobas/555 right when you get it but if you like it more mellow and sweet id say let this stuff steep for a couple weeks or maybe even a month

I read somewhere on ecf, don't remember the thread could have been the massive "Official Boba's bounty..." one, that for Boba's one of his ingredients contains nicotine...they even had a few drops of each mg on paper and the higher the mg the darker it was....now I don't know if that is true or not but if it is it could explain a difference in flavor from one mg level to the next.

I have never had a consistency problem with AV juice but I always order the same nic level.

I kind of had a similar experience with my first bottle of boba's, though nothing I would call "floral", it just had a lot of flavors and I wasn't 100% sure about it, I mean I liked it but I wasn't sure if I liked it a lot..so I vaped the irish cream from that order instead...but I came back to it 4 days later and then when the bottle ran out I realized I really wanted more, I can't count the number of juices I have tried but I can count the number I have reordered on one hand and Boba's was one of them...though recently I have moved to Gorilla juice when I can get it.

I am not sure if it needed to steep or the flavor just grows on you, but it definitely got better with age.

Some people like the dekang-esqu virginia sweet tobacco flavor some prefer the non sweet earthy flavor ones so its going to depend on where you fall in that spectrum.

haha i just might!, i may even end up switching over to vg completely. i love pg but the vapor just doesn't compare, at 4.5v on the provari there is so much vapor from just a 2 second puff that i literally cant even see my hand in front of my face

i did not know this, if that is true then it may very well explain whats goin on here. and as for the age, this happens to me as well i will order a bottle, get it not like it but not dislike it either and for some reason keep vapeing it and by the end of the bottle i suddenly notice just how good it truely is. its weird huh haha
