Boba's doesn't taste the same?

Grabbed a 100ml 2 weeks ago to break in my mini and just popped it open after a 2 week steep. Doesn't seem to have the sweetness that my 30ml bottle had. Any suggestions? I did switch it up from their 12 to 18mg nic lvl, could that be the problem?

I suppose it could be the increase in nic. I've had 6, 12, 18 & 24 and I would say that I think 6 tastes best. In my opinion, as you increase nic stremgth, you also increase harshness/spicyness and perhaps your sweetness is decreasing.

I thought the same thing, for some reason my BB and GJ taste different to me than last time, but I'm going to let them steep a bit longer before I worry. The BB still tastes great but as of now its not as sweet as it I remember it. I use 12mg. I ordered for the Black Friday sale.

Only thing I can think of was that it was raining badly the days during shipment to me in my area, so the general law of juices to store them in a "dry" cool place comes to mind. Anyone have any issues with this or think it could possible? It wasn't warm near me, so I'm going with the moisture.

Nic strength definitely has an effect on flavor, but I have to admit...I've shied away from ordering 100ml bottles after having had this experience more than twice. There is no logical reason for it, I know Ben electronically measures every ingredient.

For some reason I've just spooked myself into just paying a little more for multiple 30ml bottles, as I've never had this issue with them. Who knows. Could've just been my taste buds at the time.

EDIT: I should've mentioned, it wasn't Boba's or GJ I had this experience with. It was Flue Cured.

I think I'll probably go this route from now on ^^. Just a little disappointing since their all out and I can't order a 12mg to make the distinction.

got a good black friday order in and took a chance stepping down the nic strength on my bb. although i'd have to agree with jif that the spicyness is definitely more subtle, the overall taste is a little less... there? i really think it's a steeping thing. hope so anyway, can't wait for dec. 10th

I ordered a bunch of BB and GJ on Blake Friday and noticed it tastes weird too. Much less sweet, and actually has a smoky flavor. Not aweful, but definitely not the BB and GJ I originally fell in live with.

i thought it was all up in my head, but i'll 2nd that my last order of 100ml is not quite as sweet as i remember (or what is still left in another old 100 ml bottle). i attributed it to aging, but they taste very different... i always had a hard time picking up any tobacco notes from the old stuff, but the latest is more robust. having said that i still friggin love it

I am having the same issue. Just opened my GJ bottle I got during the sale & it does not taste remotely like GJ, it doesn't even smell like it. I just finished my last 100ml bottle this morning & went to fill a carto from my new bottle (same carto's as I always use). I smelled the new bottle & the old bottle, different aroma. Smelled the new bottle against my boba's I have, different aroma. I even just tasted it on my tongue & it doesn't taste the same. GJ is my all day vape so I am not happy right now at all. I do not steep my juices, so I do not think this is an issue.
Plus I just wasted a prefectly good new carto as well I did submit a support ticket.

Got my replacements in today and they're as delicious as usual
