Boba's seems to gunk my coils awfully quick

I got some Boba's bounty and set up my micro coil with cotton at 1.1 ohms and this juice gets FRIED on the coil within no time! I am guessing I need to dry burn the coil like maybe twice a day and rewick twice a day lol. I love the taste of this stuff but it sure is making my rba work a lot tougher. Any thoughts?

That sort of sucks lol. I just didn't think the coils would gunk up this fast.

Oh yeah...my bobas is cutting up my cotton wicks like flash paper. Pretty much resigned myself to silica wicks for bobas.

What about ceramic wick? I bet that would work too? I really wanted to use the cotton though.

I had the same issue!

I used 100% VG juice from virgin vapors...gunked it up so badly! It awful. I try to stick closer to 50/50 now.
Its a shame, because I really prefer higher VG.

if you think boba's gunks fast... try velvet cloud vapors dark juices... my carto doesn't even last 2 ml's before the burning taste kicks in.

I read that bottom feeders where the best to use with high VG Juice. Just curious, what about a Smoktech carto? Will the carto be able to handle Boba?

I don't have any experience with the Smoktech, but I have used Boge cartomizers with two holes punched on a tank. They work, but perhaps not ideally. Flavor is pretty good for a tank or two, but then the flavor starts to muddy fairly quickly.

I use Smoktech single coil 2.0 ohm dct replacement cartos for dct tanks and I get perfect performance. I do punch one extra hole, though. Never ever had wicking or absorption issues. Run it at 3.8 volts on my Provari. Priming the carto is key. You HAVE to give each drop the time to soak in. It takes at LEAST 5 min to prime a carto with BB. I use the drip and thermometer shake method.

I am high vg vaper, have owned a whole lot of mods and delivery devices, and I can tell you that dripping and/or bottom feeder w/atties is best way for high VG vaper to vape. If there was another solution I would not have spent so much time and $$ trying stuff out.

Atties are real easy to clean out, and shorty cartos on a BF (short and less batting to gunk up) work great. When they stop working I toss 'em.

I use RBA but BB really gunks up everything lol.
The cotton as of right now just keeps burning and the coil gets gunked so quick.
