Does anyone know if this can be done. I have some coming in the mail and was wondering if anyone has had success doing this.will it fit a 3ml syringe ??

Are you talking about a regular cartomizer? I suppose you could put a syringe on it, but why would you want to see the filler, it gets pretty nasty.
I use a cartomizer and it's kinda like the kitchen in a fast food joint.
