i'm using 50%-50%, 18mg. the carto had it's first hole punched, left it for a while for the juice to saturate inside but dun look like it cause by looking on the top the "wool" is still white like brand new. then i punched the second hole, no use, punched a third(LOL) again no use. how come ar?

ok for boges, u know the condom that came with it? just make sure the condom is clean then drip juice to half or slightly less than half into it.. then hold ur carto with the battery end into the condom then slowly but firmly press down. u should see the juice fill up from inside.
For dc (xl) same thing except the juice would be about 3/4 or slightly less.
and of cuz. prepare paper towels. to wipe down the juice on the outside of the cartos. and the condoms can be washed properly and reused. but no point cuz... every carto got new condom lol~ (punched first. then use thumb to cover the hole and press down into condom)
(fastest easiest but not too messy way to fill.)

I have an impression that the condom fill method is for non punched cartos? Is this for making double sure that the liquid gets wicked properly from the tank through the holes of a newly punched carto?

Give a fast sharp short drag on the carto without firing the carto. Is there bubbles coming out from the holes you punched?

If got bubbles then it should be wicking fine into the cartos.
A small trick from my experience is if I were to get a slight dry hits, I will do the sharp drags to force liquid into the carto.

im just afraid it would burn them. it this normal for my juice composition as it doesnt seem to saturate the entire carto?

For tanks there's no need for the whole of the carto to be wet. You will have even more flooding/gurgle problems. It's normal for the top surface to be looking white and dry. As long as the mid and bottom section of the carto is wet you will be good to go. As again, once you have a very slight dry taste, take a short sharp drag.

For me, I just drip directly into the DC cartos until i find it damp enuff. usually around 15-20 drops. then i pop it into the DCT and fill the tank. then just let it sit for 10mins or so then i chain vape liao.
