boge cartomizer filling help needed

I've been using smoktech dct cartos for a long time now, but am fed up with the amount I get that are subpar. I've tried some of the 'new' boge tank cartos from litecig, and so far they have much better performance. The only problem Im having is filling them. My juice just sits on top of the filler and doesn't want to soak in. It just floods the top and then I'll get the burnt taste. I've tried filling a tank and leaving it sit for a couple of days, and it was as if nothing was even absorbed. My juice is 70% pg, and doesn't seem to be too thick.
Currently, the only thing I've found is letting the juice sit on top, blow down to force it in, and repeat. This takes forever, and was wondering if anyone had any tips to help fill these things.
Thanks

You can use a syringe with a blunt tip to inject the liquid down into the filler. Sounds like this filler is not very porous at first, so you might need to do that at two or three points around the carto. It's probably like some sponges though - when it's been done once the problem goes away.

Another way is to use a carto filling pump, although that's not really needed if you have a syringe.

I also sometimes flood some types of head (cartos etc) with vodka first, because that serves two purposes: it can flush out impurities and also it wets out the filler much faster. You don't need to dry out a carto after this, it's usable immediately, the alcohol makes no difference.
