What's the verdict here? As someone who greatly enjoy's vaping Boge low resistance cartomizers I'm pretty happy sticking with just those for the rest of my life if need be. But I'm hearing a lot these days about the eGo-t and have been considering picking up an ego-t atomizer and some tanks.

Problem is, I have it in my head the ego-t is going to give me wispy unfulfilling vapor. Even dripping these days is unfulfilling to me. Just doesn't produce enough of a hit.

Am I going to be disappointed in the ego-t? I'm about the pull the trigger on an order at litecig and it's either going to be two packs of cartos or an ego-t atty and tanks. I don't want to spend more than $20 right now for some vaping supplies.

If you like the LR cartomizers, I doubt you'll like the eGo-T. The LR cartos provide a pretty hot vape which is probably why you like it better than dripping. The vapor has some time to cool off going through that bunch of plastic.

As for dripping, from what I hear an LR 306 atomizer might change your mind.

If you like Boge 2.0Ω (?) on you 3.2v eGo batteries, you don't have to change anything. It's a great setup; I like it too. However, if you want to experiment there are other options you may want to explore in the future, just for fun. I like the SmokTech dual-coil cartomizers also. They hold more eliquid, deliver plenty of TH and vapor, and are even more burn-resistant than the Boges. But they do vape a bit cooler, even though they are 1.5Ω. I like them better on 3.7v.

I also like the type B eGo-t tanks (cylinder shaped) a lot, but again, I prefer them on 3.7v. There also is an LR version of the type B tank.

The 510-T tanks are also nice, but the tanks are ridiculously small--0.5 ml. They work great on the eGos and on 510 batteries.

You said it in your post 2 packs of cartomizers for the price of one eGo-t. That is 10 cartomizers for the price of 1 eGo-t. I have tried the Ts, 5 of them and have one left, It is not worth the price they charge for the T.

Stick with Boge. Tried and true.

I've heard too many bad things about the tanks to not want to buy them. Read the reviews. You'll be lucky to get set of good ones that work well. Too iffy for me.

Hairball, I've been using eGo-t tanks since late January. I tried every kind: type A, type B, standard and LR. Never had a problem, a leak or even a dead one. They are all performing well. Just for the record.

Have you tried them?

I have tried 5 of them since January and have one left. He can buy 10 boge cartos for the price of ONE eGO-T. Hairball can have alot of enjoyable vapes with 10 cartos and not need to throw away a very over priced T atty.

Oh, I agree. I stated this much in my post #4 above.

Just reporting my own experience with the tanks. The type B is much better than the type A, BTW.

YMMV, as always.

I bought an ego-t setup a couple of months ago. I wanted something I could just fill up and take with me. The draw is very stiff, the flavor was slim, then after filling a tank 2-3 times it started leaking like crazy, flooding, then wet battery. I gave up and bought some empty 510 cartos and started dripping. "Wow, so THIS is what this juice is suppose to smell/taste like!". Plenty of people have had great luck with the ego-t though. I'm still on the hunt for something I can fill up and be done with for the day or at least half a day.

Sounds like you want a go-go or perhaps an Igo. Lot's of fanatical fans. :) I haven't tried one though.

The gogo has been a temptation for the last month or so hehe. I might try some clearomizers first though. They seem cheap enough. Mixed reviews on them so far. I guess there's some newer revisions that are better.

i switched over form using carts i love my tanks. Im using a Totally Wicked Tornado Tank and love everything about it. I get great vapor, throat hits and flavor out of it. I do burn through my tanks allot quicker then carts but i mix my own liquids (im a contractor that works outdoors ill go through a tank and a half at work, if i run out i just refill my tank at work dont have to worry about if i have enough carts . As far as them leaking ive never had a problem. I read a lot of reviews about them leaking but it seems they leak because people dont change the rubber caps on the top. I prefer a tank over a cart any day.
