Don't know if it will help, but try the condom method, which I've only applied recently and never did in all my two year plus use of cartos. I feel that the cotton, whatever it is, inside newer cartos is denser, unlike before where I could use it for a week or more. What probably happens is that the liquid, especially if it's thick don't get to settle at the bottom. Using the condom method will moisten the bottom part.

You could try something like this
Tanks - Mom and Pop Vapor Shop

Has a little screw in the side and when the carto gets dry, remove the screw and it feeds the carto. I think a few other suppliers carry them too.

Crazy Vapes -

They won't win a beauty prize but easy to fill and don't dry out as quickly.

I just ordered a bunch of these Boges so I will look into enlarging the holes, or punching another...again, how would I go about this? I don't have a carto punch. Those Mega Platinum's look great, but I need flanged. I think I might try the vodka, but not in my juice unless it is orange juice. I am so frustrated from messing with all of this, maybe a little vodka is exactly what I need!

Haha yeah break me out a shot please. Woke up to 2 screaming kids at 5:15 this morning.

You can get a cheap carto punch for $4.95. It's a great tool to have so you can make any carto with any amount of VG work for you.

You could use a nail and a hammer. just lightly tap with the hammer. Actually a screw is harder. Thats how I punched my cartos before there was any such thing as a punch. Just be sure to tap lightly. Maybe practice on a used one first. Easy peasy :)

I have the old sidewinders from Valley Vapes. Same issue but I did find if I removed the screw and vaped, it would allow the juice to get into the carto. Just not practical all the time though, don't like the idea of walking around with a hole in my tank.

I took a little phillips head screw driver and poked and prodded at the holes and they seemed to have opened up a bit. Hooray!
