You're asking to compare apples to oranges.
The Bolt is a PV with option to change out battery and from there, change the voltage or give yourself more vape time.
The revolution v2(+) is a bottom feeding PV with a 10ml juice bottle.
You can use attys or cartos on both. The Rev is finicky with some dual coil cartos (some work-some don't). And if you're into carto tanks, the Boge is useless.
You need to decide what you want in a PV, upgradeability with options or an all in one juice feeder.
