I was curious of how Bottom-Feed mods would perform, and checked out a few Vendors offering this type of device. On april 28th, I settled on The Bogger Box and ordered two Custom VW dna 20D Boxes, a four week construction time, getting cold feet on the performance of Bottom-Feeds I went with Non-Bottom-Feed's on both.
An hour later, I ordered a Mini Bottom-Feed (18500 Batt.) figuring I could list it in the Classys if I wasn't pleased. I received it 4 days later, loaded the 4ml bottle and added the battery. After two hours of use, I was glad I had tried the bottom-feed, I had great flavor & satisfying vapor production, learning how to feed the Bridge-less Atty (1.5 Ohm) took ~20 minutes of experimentation.
The Fit & Finish was excellent, the wires inside were run & soldered neatly, the lacquer finish was streak-free & polished. The door is virtually seamless & requires a bit of pressure to open (it won't pop off easily, a good thing IMO), the battery fits snug, the (-) spring is very firm, and won't wiggle loose.
Since I've had it and used it for a week, I've enjoyed it more & more I regretted not ordering a Bottom-Feed in the DNA 20D mode. Tonight I had sent an e-mail to Bogger Box, in an attempt to change one of my Custom VW Mods to a Bottom-Feed. I was amazed and astonished to receive a reply ~45 minutes later, confirming I would be able to update my order... Keep in mind it's Saturday night, and I received confirmation to modify an order placed 12 days ago.
Needless to say, I'm looking forward to the VW Bottom-Feed while I continue to enjoy the Mini (18500) during the evening. BTW, my battery will last for ~3ml of liquid (in the 4ml bottle) before having to change it out.
Did I mention how beautiful these boxes look, I don't think durability is an issue if the device isn't abused, just my
