Boiled cartomizers no longer work.

Agree^ and it's $6.00 a pack here.
I'm the same way.
I do do some refilling on known good carto's ONLY because I could not find prefilled carto's I liked the taste of. Johnson Creek fluids solved that craving. I do now hear a few companies are filling with their fluids, but I've gotten used to filling. Still hate it. I might search out those companies, but at this point kinda doubt it.
I could NEVER be a dripper. Talk about a pain in the.....

I'm saving a few bucks refilling, but that was never an issue or my intent.. Getting the right flavor was.

I've not purchased any blank cartos yet, they are on my short list.

the cleaning I've outlined has been done exactly once to one batch (all) of my depleted cartos. The way I look at it now I can keep these in reserve and use them to test out new juices as I get them in. Still need to drop some coin for a 901 or 501 atty, but I'd also like to get a bigger battery before I get to that point.. money money....

I would continue to refill, even with prefilled cartos, since the coil in a carto lasts alot longer than the initial fluid. Some of my cartos were going strong for 2-3 weeks with just topping off.

Yeah I just kept the old. I work a day or two a week at a kiosk selling KR808D-1's, so prefilled are quite cheap, and empties are plentiful.
I did buy a box of 510's for a 510 kit given to me and I wanted to try Bloog for my kr808d-1, so I bought 5.
Other than that, I run on what's readily available.

It's a good life, but I prefer not to waste time filling if I don't have to
Reminds me too much of rolling cigs. I did that once and didn't like it either.
