Bombay Vaping - a month out

(NOTE; this review will detail my negative experience, but as i just received a call from the owner of the company explaining the issues, things ended on a positive note. See my post in reviews - positive for that bit.)

A month out from the date my charge to Bombay vaping cleared my account, i had not received my rather substantial order. Also, where Sayer (the owner) was originally answering the phone, he eventually stopped ALL communication, including email and phone. At the one month point, i sent an email apprising Bombay that they had three business days to respond to me, or i would file a dispute/chargeback with my bank.

Normally, i wouldn't do this, but I live on a disability income, and can only afford juice buys about every three months, and had given every allocated penny to Bombay. I needed that money back to buy from another company, as i was down to using store bought "imitation _______ flavoring" to mix diy with, and those taste horrid (except the McKormik rum... the rum was decent).

After 6 total days with no communication (sat/sun/mon(patriots day) didn't count as business days), i was ready to throw in the towel, and was in the process of reaching for my cellphone to call my bank to contest the issue (after all, a MONTH was ridiculous) when it rang. It was Sayer from Bombay. I won't discuss the call here, as that turns this into a positive review, please see my positive review in the appropriate forum... what i want to stress is that i waited a full month (actually, just over) with virtually zero communication from the company, while their site was still seemingly live and accepting orders. For all i knew, I was the only one being ignored, until i got on ecf and saw more than a few posts about the same issue. Over a month, no comms... not a good way to make a customer for life, and a good way to lose customers, even downright loyal ones.
