Not sure if this is the right place to post, but it was the closest thing I can find. Anyways, I want to try boring out my sting ray drip tip from fasttech. I just wanna ask if anyone knows the best way to drill it bigger since I have to go through about half an inch of stainless steel and make it as smooth as possible.

A drill press would be you best best. Just watch the o-ring groove, I drilled one out too far and ripped through the o-ring groove.
It's about 3mm thick. I don't plan on drilling it out too thin. Should I use a drill bit or a needle file?
