I have been using the Eastmall Riva 750mah 510 clones for about three months now. I have been very pleased with the starter kit; I typically charged one battery while using the other. No problems.
Over the last two days, I took the batteries to work and charged them with the USB cable that plugs into the wall charger with my computer. It seemed to work fine; but today, one battery just fried. It was not plugged into the USB charger -- I just finished getting a good vape and it seemed to get stuck "on" and I quickly unscrewed the atty and it stopped, but it got so hot I almost had to drop it. Then it didn't work anymore. I figured after almost 3 months, it had lived its life.
So then I plugged the other battery in. It worked fine but when I was on my way home, it seemed to get stuck "on" too while I was vaping, and IT fried too. Both batteries gone in one day.
Did using the USB cable instead of the USB+charger do this??
