Bottle spouts hard to get back in.

Hello, I have a hard time getting the spouts back in-to the small plastic spout top bottles. Is there a tool or a trick to get those boogers back in?

Put a drop of eliquid on them to lubricate the silicon and using a paper towel hold the cap level with the top of the bottle and wiggle left and right at the same time pushing down. To get them off again hold their lower lip with paper towel and wiggle left to right as you pull and they will pop out without splitting at their base
