I just got these from GBO. Good prices. I use them to refill all my tanks with. The child proof cam comes apart easily if you don't need it.
I remember last week, cleaning out some glass dripper bottles to reuse again; washed them in the sink, then I put one in the microwave to speed up the drying process with the precipitation in the inside. Come to find out, I answered the door, talked to friend for a minute, came back, open the microwave, and the glass bottle has a huge melted hole in the middle, it melted. Kind of weird, I've never seen glass do that in the microwave. I only reuse my "premium" liquid glass dripper bottles, not sure if they're even 100% glass, but it's true and thought I'd share.
*EDIT* Not sure if anyone has seen that happened. I'm not trying to debate, I was just surprised at that, that's all. Great info in this thread from all btw.
Kurt i have all my nicotine in these,i cannot get a syringe to fit inside. What size do you use? and where do you get them? Thanks for any help.FYI, glass bottles with glass droppers with rubber bulbs are probably not good for long-term storage. Rubber is quite porous to O2. Nic that I have had in the freezer in glass dropper bottles like this did oxidize significantly after a year. If you have good sealing caps for these while in storage, this would be best, and then use the droppers while the nic is in use.
I've been using these glass bottles for years. They work really well in my experience for long term storage, as well as syringe dispensing when in use, and the insert protects from spills while cap is off.
Essential Oil Amber Dropper Bottles | Specialty Bottle
They come in cobalt blue and green too.
I have some flavoring that came in these bottles but have no clue how to use them. I couldn't get a needle in it either so I just take the plug out.I think they are 17 or 18 gauge blunt, but you have to force it through with the first insert. I sometimes use a book as a hammer to force it through center hole the first time. After that, they go in pretty easily.

It's what what my 30ml flavoring from OSDIY came in. Gonna hammer that needle in! [emoji1]You got flavoring shipped to you in these Specialty Bottle eurodropper bottles? First I've ever heard of that. I have some of my bulk flavorings in them, but I put the flavoring in the bottle self. 14 gauge might be too big for the insert center hole. I think the thickest I use are 17 gauge. As I said, I do have to force the needle through it the first time, but then after that it is snug, but enters fine. You won't break the insert by forcing the needle through. Sharp needles go with much less resistance. I use sharp needle syringes for FlavorArt and Inawera 10 mL plastic bottles too. They go right into the dropper tip.
The eurodropper insert "plug" also acts as a gasket to better seal the bottle during storage, similar to a poly cone cap.
I hate having fully open flavor bottles. A spill from one of those could be a gift that keeps giving!
I use 16g for flavorings & nic. They are all in pg. I have some big needles for needlepoint I can use to punch thru. I knew there had to be a way. Do I punch all the way through that little tube thingy & into the bottle?Kenna, that is very good that they send bulk flavors in glass! Flavors in plastic don't last as long, for sure. Found this out the hard way with some of my bulk flavors. They just fade away. Very stable in glass, even at room temperature.
You never said the gauge of your needles. With my 17 ga blunts, I sometimes just carefully push hard with the syringe the first time. Careful not to break the base of the needle. Any larger than 17 ga for these and there may be a real size problem. Good luck!
I've been looking to get some of the 4/8 oz bottles for storing mixed juice and some 20/30 ml filling bottles. I looked at US Plastic and they have the larger bottles but no 20/30 ml bottles or 24-410 spouts. Looked at a couple places that had small order fees. I wonder if i just haven't been finding the places you all use.
I'm leaning towards the USP 4/8 oz bottles and getting 20/30ml and the spouts somewhere else MFS maybe. If you have any recommendations i'd really appreciate it.
They have those on Amazon, also. For less.
