Bottom button got warm

So I was tinkering around and I've been vaping on this single coil I built on my igo l, really love it produces lots of vapor and has great flavor it's a triple twisted 30g nano coil and I was going to put duals on my helios well I did and they both seem to heat up fine but after a few fires I could feel my bottom button getting warm so I immediately stopped and took it off. They were coming in at around .3 and I was using it on my kamry k100 with Sony 30amp battery I couldn't see any visible shorts any ideas?

That often happens when you have alot of crap building up on the bottom connection. Give your mod a good cleaning and see if its helps

Right on I haven't gave it a good cleaning before, every now and then I wipe off my top contact, and .3 is the lowest I've gone I wasn't sure if my kamry could handle it being a cheaper mod I should have my new mod coming in this week, but it's a clone from ft so I hope it's not worse.
oh probly a important thing I left out cause I wasn't sure if I'd get reply is that my pos helios clone one if the ss screws on the positive post got striped out (the hole) and I found a tad bit bigger screw to replace . It wasn't ss, had some kind of black paint coating but it tightens down fine and it didn't give me any crazy ohm readings. So ill try the cleaning first.

But the Sony battery is crap, so that explains it.

What batteries would you recommend that are good for sub ohms

Don't listen to that. The sony vtc4, and now vtc5, are the best/safest batteries you can use in an 18650 mod.
