Hey ECF,

I have a few questions and i wasn't sure if they belong to the rda section or Coil Building section.
Anyway here I go,

Infinite's Magma v2 Atomizer: Love the o-rings part and seems to be made of high quality.
Questions: What is a good single coil build for flavor and can anyone recommend a Vanilla Custard ejuice pg/vg ratio included?

Mutation X v4 Authentic: I have 2 v2's and 2 v1's lol I love these atomizers and can't beat the price!
Questions: How do you guys feel about this atomizer? Is it the new all in one Atomizer? Flavor and Clouds? Just wanted to see your opinions out there and (maybe a favorite build but not necessary)

Plumeveil v1.5 Clone: Lots of issues, first the center post turns a lot during builds "workable", when i turn the dripper to open up the airflow the top falls off "weak rings I'm assuming?", I did a micro coil build on it that came out to 0.25 and the bottom of the insulator slightly melted... man all the talk about this rda and I'm really disappointed.
Questions: Any work arounds or similar issues from you ECF members? Is there a way to remove the insulator all together and find a dripper big enough to fit in the hole? or just tail pipe it?

the clones, usually they dont use high quality materials, i dont have experience with the authentic plumeveil, but if you are doing subohm high power builds in any RDA's, its best to make sure the insulator is made of PEEK, either by reading the discussions/reviews, or directly from the listing/manufacturer. Im not sure which insulator you are talking about, but if its any insulator around the positive post or 510 connector you dont want to touch those, those are what keeps the positive away from the negatives and if you remove then you will get a short circuit.

but yeah, some clones are really prone to melting since most dont use high quality material for insulators. best is to make sure its PEEK, or not run super low ohm coils on them.

On the plumeveil its the insulator that twists with the 510 drip tip connection, doesn't touch the actual posts where i have the coils built. I will check out maybe a replacement insulator though of higher quality. For now i built a 0.6 ohm dual coil build which seems to be a more cool vape then my 0.25 (obviously) and insulator is fine, no further melting.

I can't speak for the other two atty's and I normally run duals in the Magma but the single coil build I liked in the Magma was 5 wraps of 26ga at 2.4mm ID at .7 ohms .

I just ordered some more A1 26 gauge and 28 gauge wire, currently i only have 24 gauge left. Once received i will definitely try your suggestion, thank you!
