Trust me I have done a lot of research over the years and spent my fair share on vaping. I bought the MVP2.0 for I wanted to rebuild my own coils. It having a Ohm checker is main reason I have a MVP2.0. It having a battery backup, is super nice and I wanted that as well. Which if I were to buy these 2 things alone that would be $40 roughly and no new vape device. I paid $42 for my MVP2.0 brand new with authentication scratch off, verified on innokin website.

The thoughts of more "Vapor" come from what people simply do. They all have mods and VG juice. Given I only jumped into mods for last 3months before purchase. I would say I am a newbie to mods. Then there is a lot of not so good information out there. Mostly from people trying to sell you their products.

I have tried every single type of pre-made tank, clearo, top coil, bottom coil, silica, organic cotton, or carto that has been mentioned here(besides a tank for a rda, like a kayfun lite). Hell i even did the whole blue foam thing before cartomizers came into the picture. When we used a polyfilled container straight on a atomizer. I'm just not finding what I want. So I turned to ask "what am I doing wrong?" for Im getting sick of throwing money down the tubes.

I don't care for flavor. I simply want MORE vapor, like 5x what a normal analog would give you at minimum. I feel Im already at 2-3x of what a normal analog would give me. Yes I want to chuck vapor just like all those sub ohm videos. But then I've seen videos without sub ohms chucking HEAVY THICK CLOUDY vapor. But all these guys never really go into detail, besides telling you to buy their 100-300dollar stuff...

General telling of this thread. Would be for me to buy another RDA and learn more advanced techniques for coil building. But I'm left in the dark on which. For I am a newbie to RDA's besides my IGO-L and last 3 months of research.
Based on what was said here. I'd feel there would be negligible difference from IGO-L to any other RDA that is single coil, far as vapor production is concerned.

So what would you recommend for a RDA for a guy who simply wants the MOST vapor possible(as in vapor is all that matters? I do have the igo-l already). I'm fine with going sub ohm. Should I just buy a mech mod? Would buying certain ejuice work better than using pure VG? Then what setup would work good with 5v or 12watts?(Most my stuff simply burns if I go this high. Yet I see riptrippers going 20-30watts...) I truly do not know where to go to research without simply asking people. For I am at that point now.

Thanks again. I guess me writting little books and having multiple posts, is not helping with getting answers. But a few things were cleared up for me, I thank you guys for that. But I'm still in the dark about getting MORE vapor.

I just got an AGA T3 yesterday. I've only had a day to play with it but with a 1.4 ohm micro-coil, (28g 10/9 wrap 1/16" ID) with SS wick, 35/65 PG/VG juice, on my MVP vaping @ 8 to 11 watts playing around it was blowing clouds like crazy. It's my first RBA, so I don't have anything else to compare the experience with but just to give you an idea, after taking 3 hits I was sitting in a billowing cloud of smoke that took some time to dissipate.

I still say that your Igo L with it's single coil set up will produce major clouds with your MVP if you play around with it. It took me a little fiddling to get mine there but it blows big clouds and produces great flavor.

I haven't gotten into mech mods so I can't help you with that.

Good Luck.

Drip atomizers have no wick material to get in the way of flavor, but can be inconvenient in most situations due to you not being able to use more than a few drops of e-liquid at a time. A bottom feeding box mod can be a solution to this issue by adding the convenience of a tank to a drip atomizer.

I hate to step on Baditude's post, but I have a correction to this part. Most rebuildable drippers DO use wicking (either silica, cotton, or ceramic). I think the bridgeless ones don't, but they are the exception ...
Notice I said just drip atomizers, meaning the 510 drip atomizers (which DO NOT have any wick material such as silica, cotton, etc). Nowhere did I say "rebuildable" atomizers in this post, which is what you misread.

That was why I said "I think the bridgeless ones don't, but they are the exception (I have never used those, only rebuildables and the eBaron Dripper Pro which you can either rebuild or buy new coils/heads for - and they use a silica wick)."

A rebuildable drip atomizer is still a drip atomizer. That's all I was trying to point out, this shouldn't be a huge issue.

Well, now that you explained yourself a little more, I reckon we are in the same boat!

I too have tried a tons of delivery devices. I too have an MVP2.0 right now as my main mod. I TOO am looking for more flavor, and more vapor production.

I haven't settled on a new battery yet, but I am definitely getting one, because as of right now, all I have is an ego twist as a back up, one that is LITERALLY falling apart right now. I might get a provari, another mvp2.0, or perhaps a reo mod, not sure yet.

After reading a ton on here, I decided to order a kayfun lite clone from ebay. I was originally going to order it from 101vape.com, but they are currently out of stock (they have the mvp2.0 for $40 too, but they are out of stock on that too :( )

I would HIGHLY suggest the kayfun lite clone. Either EHpro or Hcigar from what I hear. Although I havent gotten mine yet, there are literally HUNDREDS of people on this forum alone who have nothing but praise to say about their experienced with the kayfun.

best of luck.

mvp has an amp limit 3.5.. seems that an rda build to 1.43 ohm is the best you'll do. give it some good airflow and I think you'll find lung inhales something next level

that or get yourself a dna30

With an amp limit of 3.5 amps, wouldn't it support a 0.85 ohm coil at 10.5 watts?

What I've noticed with my very limited number of rebuilds is that the skill needed to build a perfect coil and load it with the perfect wick is something that highly effects vapor production.

Exactly how the wick comes in contact with the coil determines how much juice is available for vaporization.

The coil itself needs to heat perfectly, and do so while saturated with fluid, I'm very much liking the 4 strands of coiled 32G 2/3 0.60 ohm coil I built this morning. A 4/5 or 5/6 would take you out of the sub ohm range and maybe even work better.

All I'm saying is that there is a lot of science in making coils, but the art of doing them properly is what pulls clouds out of the juice.

I almost went RDA except I found out how to get a great vape from my own RBA. I know there is room for improvement, but that's half the fun so I am fine.

I guess we all find our own likes with out setups. I got a eGo starter kit for Christmas. It came with a top coil atomizer. It lasted about a week. I tried another one then found out about bottom coil systems. I got my first Twist with a Mini Protank 2. I also ended up getting another 650 battery and two Evod tanks (do to their size) as a go kit. Then I took a coil rebuilding class at my local vape shop. I was expecting to get help rebuilding the my atomizer heads in the Mini Protank 2. I turned out that we were given Smok Dripper RDAs. The other guys in the class had bigger rebuildables. So I learned how to make coils for the RDA first. The vapor and taste was great! I was hooked on the rebuildables so, with my wife's blessing I got the setup I had researched, a Magneto and a Trident Clone. The stock coil in the Trident seemed horrible (maybe it was I didn't have it adjusted right). So I built my first dual coil on my own with cotton yarn. It came out at 1 ohm and tasted great. After 2 days of messing with it I got the venting figured out and dialed in to my liking.

RDAs are not meant to move around the house and do chores. That is what I have my Mini Protank 2s and eGo Twists for. So I was back to thinking about rebuilding those atomizer heads in the Mini Protank 2. The guy who taught the class kept in touch with me apologizing that he did not have time to help me with the atomizer heads in the Mini Protank 2. He gave me some resources (Grimm Green and Rip Trippers) and even offered to meet up with me to go over it. One day I just decided to do it. It did not take that long to build by first coil. I did it with 5 turns of 32 gauge Kanthal and cotton yarn. It came out to 2 ohms. Perfect for my twist and great taste and vapor. Since then I have rebuilt 8 other atomizers the same way and came up with the same ohm readings (within a few hundredths). I am very happy saving $3 a pop.

Having a mod with the digital display and VV/VW would be cool. But is just not for me. I have my Mech Mod, Twists and 650s. I use drippers on my Mech and tanks on my twists. The twists are great for doing things around the house. The eGo 650s with Evods are great for driving. I use the Magneto with the Trident Clone when I am watching TV or just kicking back.

I have been completely analog free for over a month now and love vaping.
