Great deal being offered right now at Innokin iTaste VV (V3) Express kit - 101 Vape

Mine is in the mail.
That's where I got mine and it only took three days to get to me and that's including the weekend. ordered on the 24th got on the 27th but I guess I gotta give some cred to the USPS even though right now there's a bottle of vape liquid I ordered on the 14th that is still traveling around the country:facepalm:

Oh yeah, so I took it to work last night and puffed on it about 100 times which felt like the average amount I vape at work and it did great. never changed from the green light and it wasn't even fully charged when I went to work. since I have a couple of big Kgo's as backups I'm feeling very confident in this one iTaste for now. so far as long as everything keeps working like it's spose to I know I'm gonna keep being very pleased with this:hubba:

I bought the iTaste VV 3.0 to try my hand at variable wattage. I'm loving it.
Check out my full review. Innokin iTaste VV v3.0 Review | vaporslist.org
Great blog you've started Michael.
As for the iTaste VV v3 it is about the best bang for the buck of all the batteries I've got. This has been a fun thread to read through.
Dern near every post is positive for the VV v3, that's not the norm for many devices!

...Is there something in the menu that give the actually battery life, other than the 3 color system?
Yes

The display will not show battery life, only the color coded trigger....
Not quite....

JohnDaddyo, if you are in fact talking about the iTaste VV v3 then yes to your answer.

Press and release both buttons simultaneously. You will see the ohms reading of your topper followed by the battery charge remaining.
Press and hold both buttons you will see, ohms of topper, remaining battery charge puffs since last Power On and the current VV/VW setting.
Sorry, I can't add any help to the charging issue you're having.

I've got a question about the variable wattage.
The battery won't let me manually lower the wattage but if I adjust the voltage will that, in tune with the coil, in effect manipulate the wattage? On my twists I can get the approximate 5 watts I seek for my Vanilla Coke using the ohms law formula. Example, setting my voltage on a twist, using a 2.3 ohm coil gives me just over 5 watts. Does this apply to the itaste vv as well? Am I totally wrong in my thinking?
Thank you.

Just bought the full (starter) kit off ebay for $46 with free shipping (hat tip to some other poster... sorry I didn't note your name).

Will be a big upgrade from the kr808's I bought a month ago. I should have done some reading back then. But hey, those have kept me off analogs for a month, so guess I won't complain. Can't wait for the iTaste to arrive!

Thank you for your reply! So, when I hold both, I see first the tank ohm, the next number in my case was V3.9. My voltage is set at 3.8. But what is the V3.9> 3.9 out of what??

Placed an order with a new company, and used a coupon. Apparently, they didn't know the coupon was on their voicemail. When they asked me where I got my coupon from, they not only allowed me to use it, they put a vv3 in my package for free as a thank you for helping them track down the rogue coupon (it was for 25% off). It arrives Monday...

Yes. Just select the volts mode and choose 3.4 volts to get to 5 watts (with a 2.3Ω atty).

BTW, I think it's a mistake to limit the wattage to 6-11 watts; some very delicate or sweet juices do better at 5-5.5 watts, IMHO.

That would be the remaining charge in the battery, so in your example 3.9v left from 4.2v.
4.2 is the what the battery should read with a full charge.

My Vanilla Coke tastes best around 5 watts
Thank you for the info.
