Box build completed!!

Complete with mosfet and fuses. Works like a charm. Still need to modify the lid to fit because of the dual 26650s but I'm just stoked it actually works!! Next one will be better

Thanks man but I know I can do much better. Didn't have room for the mosfet on the side so it had to go above the sled. That with the fuses I put in made it kinda tight up there. But hey, she works and she puts out (that's what he said!!)

I just finished my second dna 40 build, first chip went bad, oh ya second one did too. Now I have a DNA40 Kanthal box mod The screen is wacked when I try Ni200. I have a VF that has TP and it's working so it's a drag but I'm not sending another one back.

Is that a Vape3d battery sled? Lot of times the lid's won't close using his.

It's a Snortin Boar sled and the lid won't fully close on mine. Gonna take some material off the inside to get it flush when I go back to work

I modded mine. Not sure if it's something that happens a lot since this is my first. The 1590B is kinda tight for the dual 26650 but I had to try. Probably for someone that's made a box before

Damn, I use Snortin Boar sleds too and mine fit great. I use epoxy for setting them in.

Yea looks like you've did a few builds too!! I saw your pics somewhere else and was drooling. I think I just didn't have it pressed in far enough in the lower end. That's where the lid hits but it's not by much. Nice build dude
