Box elder shipping

I bought some nic from box elder on the 22nd of august during their 50% off sale. I figure maybe they are busy but Last time I ordered during a sale they shipped it out after about 2 days.

Anyone else order during their last sale? Have they shipped it yet?

Emailed customer service this morning. Waiting on some sort of answer.

I ordered on the 22nd and I haven't gotten notice that it has shipped. Nothing in the mail so far.

I must have gotten lucky. I ordered juice from Honeyville as well, and they both shipped out of the same PO and the same exact time of day.

I ordered 250ml of 100mg. Maybe they got low on 100mg.

I knew there was some sort of association between box elder and honeyville, but I figured they would have learned from the honeyville mess they had awhile back.

Still no answer from CS. Maybe tomorrow.

What was the Honeyville mess? I read some thread about one of them being a parent company of the other, but I can't remember where I read that.

The nic I ordered was 48mg, so maybe you are right about the 100mg.

Honeyville had a .39 per 5ml sample sale and it took a month or so to get orders out. They also had some issues with bottles being short and making a comment that the bottles that are short may be missing ingredients.

The jist of it is the demand was way higher than what they could produce and had some sort of quality issue

A couple of the samples I got from them look like they might be in bottles smaller than 5 ml. I haven't emptied one out and measured yet though. That's why I was curious as to what the previous issue was.

They just recently had a $0.99 sale on samples, which is why I tried them out this time, so it may be that they are flooded with orders now too.

I got an email from box elder saying it will ship today or tomorrow. They also said they ask all customers to allow 10 days during a sale. I must have missed that on the website because that was news to me.

I ordered last friday and still have not heard anything. The "wait 10 days to ship for a sale" is a giant load of crap imo and have never heard that before. Dont have a sale if you cant ship it out in a reasonable time. waiting a week for something to ship from anyone is crap.

Maybe if some of these places would realize its better to just have a reasonable price to begin with they wouldnt need monthly sale to boost orders. I hate to be so bitter but I cant stand bad CS and slow processing times.

haven't heard anything either, except for an email from somebody at gourmet vapor inquiring about my order... I have ordered from box elder before, and never had this problem.

Actually the world is still pretty much hosed.

But at least my nic is on the way.

Just an update I got an email today saying it will ship by monday and he gave me the "10 days for a sale" line. so ya 10 days to process a 60ml bottle of 100mg nic. I think I am with Fray and will go RTS from now on. You would think if your gonna have a good sale you might just pre bottle a few to make it go smoothly....

Got my shipping notice around 6pm eastern time. Too bad I had it going to work and it will probably not make it until saturday. We are having a long weekend for labor day. Maybe Tuesday before I actually get it.
