box mod wired in series

I bought a customized box mod from modzunlimited.com It is unlike anything else. Recently dabbled in cloud chasing, and have been rebuilding for a year. I use my Dark Horse for the series box, dual coil 24g at .5 ohm or higher. The flavor is fantastic, and cloud production is second to none.

I understand cloud chasing is done on a mech with a sub ohm build. But I think all vapors, cloud and flavor chasers will rejoice after using this mod. The only requirement is to have a rba with as much airflow as possible to cool the coils.

frak, can even get sub ohm clearos now :D who'd a thought??

vape and cloud potential has more to do with skills and knowledge, as anything else. Just cause one has a mod with the ability to push 150 watts, more or less, doesn't give them the ability to vape at that level, just saying.

Seriously though, there's nothing that can surpass the vape potential of a mech mod and rba, in the right hands. There's is just something about the simple elegance of a mech mod apv.

Personally, don't chase clouds, chase total vape satisfaction, flavor, nic hit, throat hit, vape volume, all have to be in harmony, or something like that,:D frak, feel a song coming on, something about ivory and ebony. hmm .

Vape long and Prosper.!!!!

Haha your so right. Yes I do love the whole package, I have a Marquis from avid vapor that brings in the flavor train.

I never before thought I would like big airy atomizers. But its enjoyable as long as its not a really low build. And finding high vg juice that is affordable is easy now a days, with the new vendors. Flavor chasing actually had me go broke a fewtimes.

side note: I dont know why but my marquis doesnt like thick juice that I use on the other rdas, which is a shame. But when I do treat my self to a nice bottle of juice, I will be chasing the flavor to high heaven.

Yea the mod of topic doesnt even include a mosfet, which my parallel box does have. Of course I am concerned of safety concerns. I may buy from another vendor that has a switch instantly going from parallel to series. It also a mosfet and set of fuses.

I simply prefer series or parallel wired batteries more. And I dont plan on getting a segelei or hexohm with a chip needing the batteries wired in series. I think my collection is unique to the majority.

thank you very much for the reply!

hey man, this is a unique experience compared to all my 3 years of vaping. I just began rebuilding the start of 2014, and have always used mechanical tube mods. I thought the same thing, and the day of my package being recieved I was second guessing the purchase. But once I got it all hooked up and working, I was blown away. after I tuned it just right, I let my brother have a go at it for awhile. And we both came to the sane conclusion... that was a damn good vape! You get the medium heat for flavor with a .5 build, and all of the power translates into I bit more vapor than we were used to.

excuse me sir, but I have to have a vape now haha cheers, thank you so much for the warm welcome. These are my first posts. but I have been on this forum for 2-3+ years. Always enjoyed refering to posts even before I began vaping. But im not pushing anyone to buy it, but if you or someone interested in this was next to me, i'd let them try it!
